Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the LuxiaHomes software, platform, and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Service provided by LuxiaHomes, Inc. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Service Description and Scope

LuxiaHomes provides an all-in-one real estate platform including website management (CMS), customer relationship management (CRM), listing management, and related analytical tools. The specific features available to you are determined by the subscription plan you select.

2.1. Subscription and Billing

The Service is billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (such as monthly or annually). You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your user dashboard. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

LuxiaHomes reserves the right to change the Subscription fees for the Service or institute new fees upon thirty (30) days prior notice.

3. Your Account and Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering for the Service.
• You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent purpose.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all property data, images, text, and other content ("User Content") that you upload or transmit through the Service. By uploading User Content, you grant LuxiaHomes a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

The software, platform design, logos, and features of the LuxiaHomes Service itself are the exclusive property of LuxiaHomes, Inc. and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

5. Termination

LuxiaHomes may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LuxiaHomes, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
